How it's priced
Spraying is priced per square metre and side, by finish. Small orders carry a minimum job charge. Our team prices spraying by hand and sends it with the quote, usually the same working day.
Colour matching
Give a RAL or NCS code, or the paint brand and colour name. For a match to a sample, post it to us or bring it to either workshop.

Can I book spraying online?
Upload your cut list and add the colour in the customer note column. The quote comes back with the boards; we add the spraying by hand.
Which boards can be sprayed?
MDF, with 0.4 mm preparation tape on any edged edge. Melamine boards can't be sprayed.

Board cutting
Send the panel sizes and we cut them from full sheets on a HOMAG beam saw, optimised so you pay for as little waste as possible.
Panel edgebanding
Matching ABS tape bonded with PUR glue, trimmed, scraped and buffed. The joint disappears and stays sealed against steam and water.
CNC machining
Hinge bores, shelf-pin holes, grooves, radiused corners, routed patterns and fully shaped panels, straight from your drawing.
