01Who we are

HA Panel Works is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at the address on the contact page.

02What we collect

The details you give us to quote and deliver an order (name, company, email, phone, delivery address), the cut lists you upload, and messages you send us. Our website keeps basic server logs, including IP addresses, to protect it from abuse.

03Why we use it

To prepare quotes, make and deliver orders, answer messages and keep accounting records. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

04Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the business: delivery carriers, our payment provider, IT and software suppliers that process data on our behalf, and our accountants.

05How long we keep it

Quotes that don't become orders: 12 months. Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires, usually six years.

06Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us, and if you're not happy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
