How do I get a price?
Upload your cut list on the quote page. Boards, edging and services are priced within minutes, with a cutting plan for every board.
What file can I upload?
Our cut-list template as an Excel file (.xlsx) or a CSV with the same columns. Files made for most online cutting services in the UK use the same columns and work as they are.
How long does an order take?
Cut and edged orders: five working days or fewer. Spraying adds three to five working days.
Is the online price final?
Yes for boards, edging and the listed services, for seven days. Spraying, CNC machining and anything our team must check are added by hand.
Do you supply hinges and fittings?
Yes. Blum and Hettich hinges, runners and handles are kept in stock for same-day collection or next-day delivery.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes, with credit terms for established businesses. Ask through the contact page.
Can I collect?
Yes, free from either workshop, Monday to Friday until 4pm.
What if a panel is wrong?
If we cut it wrong, we recut it free and send it at our cost. See our guarantee.
