01Cut to size, or recut free

Every panel is cut to within ±0.5 mm of the size on your list. If a panel we cut is outside that, or the edging fails in normal use, we recut it free of charge and deliver it at our cost.

02How to tell us

Check panels within five working days of delivery or collection, and send us your HA reference, the panel label and a photo. We usually confirm a recut the same day.

03What isn't covered

Sizes entered wrongly on the cut list, panels altered after delivery, damage from storage on site, and natural colour variation between batches of the same decor.
