01Quotes

Online quotes are valid for seven days and are based on the cut list as uploaded. Spraying, machining and items marked for review are confirmed by our team.

02Your cut list

We cut exactly what the list says. Please check sizes, quantities, grain direction and edge codes before you confirm: panels cut to the list can't be returned.

03Orders and payment

An order starts when it is confirmed and paid, or confirmed on a trade account. Prices include VAT where shown.

04Lead times and delivery

Lead times are working days from confirmation and are our best estimate, not a guarantee. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.

05Faults

Faults are covered by our guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.

06Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price of that order, except where the law does not allow a limit.
