How the sheets are worked out
Our software packs every panel on your list into the fewest boards it can, keeps woodgrain running the way you ordered it, and shows you the cutting plan with the quote. Usable offcuts are listed and can go out with your order.
Grain and decor
For woodgrain decors, the length you give is always along the grain. Panels from the same decor are cut from boards of the same batch wherever we can, so the colour matches across the job.
Labelled per panel
Every panel gets a label with your description, size and edge codes, so the job goes together in the order you planned it.
Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. One panel is fine, though you pay for the board it comes from. Spare board stays yours.
Can I send my own boards?
Not at the moment: we cut boards from our own stock so we can stand behind the tolerance.
How are prices worked out?
Board price per sheet used, plus edging per metre and any extra services. Upload a list and the quote shows every line.
Other services
Panel edgebanding
Matching ABS tape bonded with PUR glue, trimmed, scraped and buffed. The joint disappears and stays sealed against steam and water.
CNC machining
Hinge bores, shelf-pin holes, grooves, radiused corners, routed patterns and fully shaped panels, straight from your drawing.
Spray finishing
MDF doors, fronts and panels primed, clear lacquered or colour matched to any RAL or NCS code, in a dust-free booth.
